Terms and Conditions for Returning Product:
• Custom manufactured products and products handled or stored improperly by the customer, are not eligible for return.
• The products have not been put into use.
• The products will be returned in the manufacturers original packaging (box,bag,on skid,banded,wrapped, etc).
• The customer is responsible for all freight charges to return product and will be deducted from the credit.
• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns and will be deducted from the credit.
* Valid RMA paperwork must be included with the shipment.
* If items are returned in a damaged or non-saleable condition, the customer is responsible and will not be issued a credit.
This includes if the parts were not packaged appropriately for return shipment.
